Red wine

Haus & Hof Merlot

Fruity raspberries on the nose, velvety tannins on the palate. A perfect match for classic pasta dishes or chicken. Winery: Hannes Reeh, Austria Grape variety: Merlot

€28

Gradale Villa Terlina

Its intense ruby red and sweet, soft fruit remain the hallmarks of GRADALE. It displays beautiful fruitiness, harmony, and minerality. The typical earthy, mineral nuances are perfectly integrated with the fruit (cherries, wild berries, and blackberries) and spicy notes (licorice, coffee, vanilla). The complexity of the aroma is captivating and stimulating, and the oak ageing never dominates. Winery: Villa Terlina, Italy Grape variety: Barbera d'Asti

€38

I Colombi

Diverse and delicate bouquet, harmonious on the palate with an elegant, soft body. Winery: Castello di Querceto, Italy Grape variety: 95% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo

€34

Merlot Exklusiv

Rich cherry red with violet highlights and high viscosity. Aromas of black cherry, dark chocolate, and licorice. Cherry fruit is present again on the palate, with a hint of plum and nuances of rum-infused raisins. Dry with grippy tannins and present acidity. A very harmonious, full-bodied wine with a well-built body and a long finish. Winery: Hirtl, Austria Grape variety: Merlot

€32

Lange Ohn

The hand-picked grapes for this Blaufränkisch ripened in the Neusiedler Langen Ohn vineyard, a southeast-facing site near the lake. Clay soil with a chalky subsoil ensures rich structure and excellent ripeness. Dark, brilliant ruby red, delicate fruit, cherry, berry, and spicy mineral aromas; dense, tightly knit, with a very long and complex finish on the palate. Winery: Nittnaus Hans, Burgenland Grape variety: Blaufränkisch

€32

Evoluzione

Matured for 8 months in concrete tanks, then aged for 12 months in French barrels. The nose reveals ripe red and black fruits with hints of cocoa and vanilla. A robust and full-bodied flavor with a long finish. Winery: Feudo Badala, Italy Grape variety: Primitivo

€34

Opera

Matured for 18 months in 500-liter oak barrels. Blaufränkisch sets the tone, with Merlot providing the perfect balance. Very harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and spicy notes. Inviting with charming dark berry notes and a medium-long finish. A great solo wine and food companion. Winery: Kerschbaum, Austria Grape variety: 60% Blaufränkisch, 40% Merlot

€37
